What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe and efficient production.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and housekeeping of work areas and equipment.
• Load, move, and handle materials to meet operational and production requirements.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate equipment concerns promptly.
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and environmental regulations while supporting team objectives.

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate industrial equipment and perform production-related tasks.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, adaptable, and capable of performing physically demanding work in varying conditions.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
