Process Excellence Engineer (496)

Réalta Technologies is looking for a Process Excellence Engineer to join a major engineering and capital project delivery environment in Limerick.

 

This is a great opportunity for an engineer with experience in capital projects, process improvement and digital solutions to help improve how projects are delivered. Working alongside project teams and key stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency and introduce digital tools that support better project performance and decision-making.

 

• Identify and implement process improvements across engineering and capital project delivery.
• Develop and standardise workflows, processes and project governance practices.
• Design and maintain digital solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and SharePoint.
• Create Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to track project performance and key metrics.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Project Directors and cross-functional teams to improve project delivery.
• Support the rollout of new processes, digital tools and training initiatives.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices across project teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• 4+ years' engineering experience within a capital project environment.
• 3+ years' experience in project management or project delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience in process improvement, workflow automation or digital transformation.
• Good understanding of capital project planning, scheduling, budgeting and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience delivering capital projects within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies or business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
