About the Role
As a Senior Art Director, you’ll lead the visual development of high-impact creative concepts and scalable key visual systems that anchor brand and social presence across the MEA region, flexing seamlessly across in-store activations, experiential touchpoints, print, OOH, and digital/social platforms while leveraging advanced generative AI workflows to accelerate concepting and production. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work.
Responsibilities:

Lead the visual direction and craft for integrated campaigns spanning experiential events, retail/POS activations, print, out-of-home, and digital touchpoints.

Partner closely with copywriters to concept big, cohesive campaign ideas from scratch that translate across both physical and digital ecosystems.

Develop extensible campaign Key Visuals (KVs) that serve as the foundational visual identity for full social content systems, graphic design rollouts, and multi-channel adaptations.

Champion and embed generative AI tools (such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway) into creative pipelines to rapidly visualize concepts, explore visual directions, and streamline asset adaptation.

Direct photoshoots, CGI pipelines, and retouching processes, creating precise briefs for photographers, stylists, model talent, and post-production specialists.

Oversee production quality and execution integrity by collaborating with vendors and production partners on material selection, print specifications, and on-site builds.

Present creative concepts, KVs, and craft rationales to senior client stakeholders with strategic clarity and conviction.

Partner cross-functionally with strategists, designers, and producers to safeguard visual consistency and brand guidelines throughout the campaign lifecycle.
About You
The essentials:

Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential, with the proven ability to concept, craft, and art direct in both languages.

8+ years of creative agency experience with a demonstrated track record leading BTL campaigns, large-scale experiential activations, and social-first creative work.

Strong, award-caliber portfolio exhibiting conceptual depth, craft excellence, and scalable visual systems across diverse formats.

Hands-on proficiency using generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT) within modern creative and production workflows.

Deep cultural intelligence and strong command of consumer nuances across Dubai and the wider MEA region.

Exceptional presentation, client leadership, and storytelling capabilities.

Collaborative, solutions-oriented leadership style with uncompromising standards for creative quality.
Not a must, but a plus:

Experience art directing motion design, 3D/CGI, or immersive interactive experiences.

Prior experience working within global creative network agency environments.

Relevant degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or Advertising.
