WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT 

In practical terms, you will learn all about the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial strategic meetings with hiring managers to successfully filling headcount needs. Your biggest contribution will be identifying exceptional talent, building and nurturing strong talent networks, and ensuring we remain an employer of choice. 

• Starting date: February 2027 

• Duration: 6 months (Full-time) 

• Requirement: Must be enrolled in a university degree program for the entire duration of the internship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers) specifically for internship positions and ad-hoc retail & logistics roles. 

• Recruitment & Sourcing Support: Assist TA Partners with Office and Retail hires by using LinkedIn Recruiter and our ATS to map, source, and pipeline talent. 

• Candidate Experience: Serve as a main point of contact for candidates, managing scheduling, timely feedback, and smooth onboarding coordination. 

• Campus & Employer Branding: Help plan and execute university career fairs, campus activations, and early-career recruitment initiatives. 

• Systems & Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate data within Workday and LinkedIn, assisting with regular recruitment reporting. 

• TA Projects & Collaboration: Contribute to global TA community projects, such as optimizing the Intern Induction program and supporting process improvements.
