## SAP Support & Functional Expertise

• Develop and support SAP functionality in the business, primarily in the area of PP and/SD.
• Provide level 1 SAP support to business users, ensuring timely resolution of functional issues and system-related queries.
• Participate in systems and integration - design, analysis and testing
• Work closely with local and Corporate SAP analysts in issue identification and resolution

## System Analysis, Design & Testing

• Provide assistance in the development of business requirements specifications
• Work closely with lT GAT / IT Ops to identify reported system issues

• Confer with internal staff and organizational units to analyze current operational procedures and processes, identify problems and paths to a solution, understanding of specific requirements such as forms of data input, how data will be summarized and used, formats for reports
• Analyze information problems, requested changes, and required modifications to develop appropriate business process solutions in a test environment
• Utilizing Agentic AI tools/platform in automation of business UAT and Test Scenarios scripting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required

• Knowledge of SAP ECC & SAP S/4, PP, SD or Logistics is a must

• Minimum 6 years overall experience desired

• Significant depth of expertise and track record of accomplishments within IT functional areas

• Strong preference for someone within a systems development organization with significant exposure and understanding of SAP (ECC/S4) and MES (in the areas of integration)

• Experience in using Agentic AI tools is a must.
• Support occasional business travel as required for project and business initiatives
