Business Development Lead – Biometric Identity & AI Fraud Detection – NYC/SF (US only)
Plexus is working with an emerging AI + Biometric Identity start up, based in New York and San Francisco. They focus on fraud and deepfake detection and prevention via their customised AI Infrastructure, aimed at enterprise teams across finance, tech, gaming and more.
They are looking for a Senior BDM Lead to run their sales function. Details as follows:
Responsibilities
- Lead current sales function of the business, directly managing juniorlevel SDR staff
- Maintain and expand sales pipelines, targeting enterprise and startup native teams across Tech, Finance, Gaming and other industries
- Work cross-functionally within a small, start-up native team, supporting the founder in senior leadership decisions and operations
Requirements
- Must be based (or able to relocate to) New York City or San Francsico. Commutable areas can be considered.
- Direct experience leading sales strategy, outreach, pipeline/relationship management through to deal closing
- Experienced managing and mentoring junior sales staff, getting them upskilled to close deals confidently
