This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to become the operational backbone of a growing service business, driving data accuracy, system governance, forecasting, reporting, and process improvement initiatives that directly impact business performance.

As the Field Service Operations Analyst, you will partner closely with operational leaders to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across the service organisation. You will take ownership of key business systems, develop meaningful insights through reporting and analytics, and ensure operational processes can scale effectively as the business continues to grow.

## Key responsibilities include:

• Administer and maintain Salesforce Field Service and other operational platforms.

• Own and manage SafetyCulture (Mitti) administration, including inspections, JSEAs, service checklists, incident reporting, credentials, and compliance reporting.

• Manage timesheet and fleet telematics systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools using Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms.

• Support workforce planning, resource forecasting, and workload capacity analysis.

• Monitor inventory, asset utilisation, compliance, and operational performance metrics.

• Drive process improvement initiatives, standardisation, and operational excellence programs.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business growth and service profitability.

• Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting consistency across multiple business systems.

## To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Experience in an operations analyst, business analyst, service operations, or similar analytical role.

• Strong experience working with CRM or field service management platforms, ideally Salesforce Field Service.

• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.

• Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into practical business outcomes.

• Experience supporting resource planning, forecasting, scheduling, or operational reporting.

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
