About the opportunity
Our programs are designed to support whilst making the transition from student to Registered Nurse within a supportive and welcoming environment. The aim is to promote educational opportunities to graduates as you consolidate your theoretical and clinical skills. This is a structured program with a comprehensive orientation, paid professional development days, and debriefing sessions which are supported by a dedicated learning team.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be presented with a certificate of completion.
- Applications open to graduates who were eligible for the PMCV 2025 graduate match and have been unsuccessful in matching with a health service

- Two page Curriculum vitae, relevant experience and clinical rotations
- Certified copy of academic transcripts to date (including ‘key to results’)
- Two recent and certified acute summative clinical appraisals
- Career intention statement
- Two Clinical Referees

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- Registration as a Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
