Descripción:
Brindar soporte operativo y administrativo al equipo de cuentas, asegurando orden interno, seguimiento y cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos.
Funciones:
- Realizar seguimiento interno de tareas y entregables.
- Coordinar con las áreas de creatividad, digital, producción y proveedores.
- Controlar versiones, materiales y flujos de aprobación.
- Organizar cronogramas, status y actas de reuniones.
- Apoyar en la ejecución de campañas tácticas y always-on.
- Brindar soporte operativo a las ejecutivas de cuentas.
Requerimientos:
- Experiencia en prácticas o dos años en agencia o áreas de marketing/publicidad.
- Formación en comunicación, publicidad, marketing o carreras afines.
- Alto nivel de orden, responsabilidad y atención al detalle.
- Buena comunicación escrita.
- Interés por aprender y desarrollarse en manejo de cuentas.
