We are looking for a detail oriented Accounting Administrator to support the invoicing and administrative processes related to used vehicle sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices for B2B, B2D, B2C and customer buyouts, while ensuring compliance with company procedures and tax requirements. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Process and issue invoices related to used vehicle sales to dealers, drivers and retail customers. 

• Manage invoicing activities for vehicle buyouts and end-of-contract purchase transactions. 

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of supporting documentation prior to invoice issuance. 

• Issue credit notes and invoice corrections when required. 

• Monitor and follow up on pending transactions to ensure timely completion. 

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to vehicle sales transactions. 

• Liaise with Remarketing, Sales, Operations and Finance teams to resolve invoicing-related issues. 

• Support reconciliations and controls related to used car sales transactions. 

Qualifications & Skills 

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 

• 2-3 years of experience in invoicing, sales administration, accounting support or a similar administrative role. 

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

• Good organizational and time management skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 

• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset. 

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
