Test Analyst / QA Engineer Consultant – Talent Pool

Talent Pool Overview:

Quality assurance is a recurring need for our clients' digital, application and integration projects. We are building a pool of Test Analysts and QA/Test Automation Engineers we can propose quickly when a mission opens. By joining, you will be among the first profiles we contact when a matching mission opens – as soon as a matching client request comes in.

Organised in five practices (Management Consulting, IT Analysis, IT Development, IT Security and IT Infrastructure), we place experienced IT professionals on missions with leading organisations in Belgium, mainly in banking & insurance, federal and regional public institutions, utilities and industry.

Typical Mission Contexts:

• Functional and regression testing of business applications
• Test automation for web, API and mobile applications
• Testing in Agile/DevOps teams with CI/CD pipelines
• UAT coordination with business users
• Testing of integrations and data flows

Typical Responsibilities:

• Define test strategies, test plans and test cases
• Execute and document functional, regression and integration tests
• Develop and maintain automated tests
• Manage defects and report on quality to project stakeholders
• Coordinate UAT with business users

Must-Have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing
• ISTQB Foundation certification (or equivalent knowledge)
• Experience with test management tools (Xray, Jira or similar)
• Experience in Agile teams

Nice-to-Have:

• Test automation with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or Cucumber
• API testing (Postman) and SQL for data validation
• Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• ISTQB Advanced or Test Automation Engineer certification

Languages:

• Most of our clients operate in a bilingual environment: French and/or Dutch is required for the majority of missions, with a strong preference for bilingual FR/NL profiles
• Professional English is expected in most IT environments

Engagement Model:

Missions are typically medium to long term, full-time or part-time, on site or hybrid (usually 2–3 days on site). Depending on your preference, we work with you as a Keystone Solutions employee or as a freelance/subcontractor.

Location: Belgium – mainly Brussels, also Flanders and Wallonia depending on the mission. Hybrid work is common.
