## About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst with experience in managing testing activities across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within a telecommunications environment. This role offers the opportunity to support the quality assurance of web and mobile applications through comprehensive manual testing, while also leveraging automation tools and emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning and Cloud solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust test coverage, high product quality and continuous improvement across testing processes. ISTQB certification and strong stakeholder communication skills are highly desirable.

## What you’ll do

Execute end-to-end manual testing activities for web and mobile applications.Develop test plans, test cases and test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications.Perform functional, regression, integration and system testing activities.Build and deploy AI-powered solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning and Cloud technologies to support business automation and innovation.Collaborate closely with development teams, business analysts and product stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure appropriate test coverage.Utilise automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, Playwright and Cypress for intermediate-level scripting and test execution.Identify, document and track defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps or SDM.Participate in requirements analysis, impact assessments and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support activities.Ensure compliance with quality standards, testing processes and organisational requirements.Monitor and contribute towards key testing and quality performance indicators, including test coverage, defect management, delivery efficiency and process compliance.

## Who you are

Experience managing testing activities across the Software Development Life Cycle within a telecommunications environment.Strong manual testing expertise covering functional, regression, integration and system testing.Good understanding of test automation frameworks and automation tools including Selenium, Postman, Playwright and Cypress.Experience with defect management and tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps or SDM.Knowledge of web and mobile application testing methodologies.Familiarity with AI-driven technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning and Cloud platforms.Strong analytical, problem-solving and quality-focused mindset.Effective communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills.Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing and requirements analysis activities.ISTQB certification is preferred.
