Senior Business Analyst for Test Center of Excellence(TCoE)

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior TCoE Business Analyst to bridge the gap between the Testing Organization and Business Analysis (BA) teams across multiple business initiatives.

This role serves as the demand and requirements lead within the Testing Center of Excellence, driving requirement understanding, interpretation, decomposition, and quality assurance for testing purposes. The successful candidate will lead and mentor project-level Test BAs, establish requirement management standards for testing teams, and ensure requirements are testable, consistent, complete, and accurately translated into testing assets.

In addition, this role will play a strategic leadership role in defining how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be leveraged across the requirement lifecycle to improve testing effectiveness, accelerate test design, and enable next-generation testing practices such as AI-assisted test case generation, test automation, and intelligent validation.

The ideal candidate possesses strong insurance domain expertise, outstanding analytical capabilities, and a passion for transforming testing organizations through AI-enabled innovation.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 8+ years of Business Analysis, Testing, Product Analysis, or related experience.
• 5+ years working within large-scale enterprise delivery environments.
• Proven experience leading business requirement analysis across multiple projects.
• Experience working with testing organizations and supporting testing activities from a requirement perspective.
• Hands-on experience in insurance or financial services industry.
• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration among Business, BA, Development, and Testing teams.

Testing Knowledge

  • Risk-Based Testing
  • Test Automation Frameworks
  • Agile Testing Practices

AI & Emerging Technologies

• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, capabilities, and limitations.
• Experience using AI tools to support business analysis or testing activities.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted software development and testing practices.
• Ability to define AI adoption strategies and capability roadmaps.
• Passion for driving innovation and organizational transformation through AI.

Leadership & Communication

• Proven experience leading virtual or distributed teams.
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and capability development experience.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability.

Preferred Qualifications

• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certification.
• ISTQB Advanced Level certification.
• Experience in Test Center of Excellence (TCoE) environments.
• Experience with AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and Quality Engineering practices.
• Experience building AI-enabled testing solutions or frameworks.
