Position Summary

 

Habonim Industrial Valves & Actuators is seeking a Inside Sales Support Representative for its distribution and customer service facility. Candidates with inside sales experience are a must. The company is open to considering individuals with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

 

 

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support by preparing quotes, addressing inquiries, and responding to customer requests in a timely manner.
• Manage and track customer requirements, ensuring timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Expedite order fulfillment by monitoring production schedules, verifying order status, and proactively issuing updates and reminders.
• Support the Regional Sales Manager and Inside Sales team with administrative and sales-related activities.
• Perform high-volume, accurate data entry for sales orders, and related documentation.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to customer retention initiatives by maintaining consistent communication and service excellence.
• Resolve customer concerns, including technical issues, by coordinating with internal teams and providing effective solutions.
• Assist with accounts receivable and collections efforts as needed.

Position Requirements

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a related role.
• Technical aptitude or experience within a manufacturing environment (required).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Inside sales experience or an engineering degree is a plus but not required.

The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.

Equal Pay Act Range

70,000 to 75,000 with benefits and probability of bonus
