Saturday is one of our most exciting days of the week.

We start with Saturday brunch, transition into our regular lunch and dinner menu, and during our seasonal pop-ups, the restaurant takes on an entirely different energy.

You'll get the chance to experience different styles of restaurant service while working alongside an experienced culinary team.

And the best part?

We're closed Sundays.

More Than Just an Extra Shift

Hudson’s is a teaching kitchen.

Our owners and management team bring more than 90 years of combined culinary experience, and we believe in sharing that knowledge with people who want to learn.

Depending on your experience and interests, you may have opportunities to learn:

• Basic food preparation
• Knife skills
• Brunch production
• Grill, sauté, fry, and other stations
• Proper mise en place
• Plating and presentation
• High-volume kitchen organization
• Catering and event production
• Food safety and sanitation
• Professional kitchen workflow

If you already know your way around a professional kitchen and want to pick up one solid shift each week, we can put your experience to work.

Jump onto a station, help us through busy Saturday service, make some extra money, and head home knowing you don't have to come back Sunday morning.

Creativity Is Encouraged

We don't believe all the good ideas have to come from management.

Our kitchen team contributes ideas for weekly specials and seasonal menus, giving cooks an opportunity to be creative and learn from one another.

Our restaurant is open:

Brunch | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Regular Menu | 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Saturday kitchen schedules will vary depending on the position and our needs—you won't necessarily be working the entire day.

And remember: Hudson’s is CLOSED SUNDAYS.

What You Might Help With

Depending on your experience:

• Preparing ingredients for service
• Basic knife work and food prep
• Setting up kitchen stations
• Assisting cooks during brunch, lunch, and dinner
• Cooking and plating menu items
• Restocking stations during service
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
• Helping with dishes and kitchen equipment when needed
• Supporting catering and special-event production
• Working with our seasonal pop-up menus
• Helping wherever the kitchen needs an extra set of hands

Hudson's Restaurant and Catering is a family owned and operated restaurant. The owners are brothers, JJ and Kevin Altomare graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and have been creating memorable dishes and experiences together for the past 20 years in Northeast Ohio. We currently offer lunch and dinner 6 days per week, as well as brunch on Saturdays. We also have created pop up bars for Halloween, Christmas, St. Patrick's and Celebrating America ! Nightmare Before Blitzen's, Blitzen's, O'Blitzen's and MERICA Bar. We love creating and sharing special menus, drinks and experiences with our guests!
