Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain quality-assurance and quality-control processes, procedures, checklists, templates, acceptance criteria, and review standards.

  • Validate that corrective actions effectively address identified deficiencies and prevent recurrence.
  • Manage quality-related risks and opportunities and integrate them with the program’s broader risk-management processes.
  • Track quality findings, corrective-action plans, responsible owners, due dates, status, and closure evidence.
  • Facilitate root-cause analyses and recommend preventive actions, process improvements, and control enhancements.
  • Analyze recurring defects, process failures, performance trends, and systemic quality concerns.
  • Provide quality metrics and analysis for Monthly Status Reports, project status meetings, Program Management Reviews, and executive briefings.

  • Review project status materials, trip reports, travel and purchasing packages, transition documents, and other program artifacts for quality and compliance.
  • Support transition-in and transition-out activities by validating the completeness, accuracy, and usability of transferred processes, records, and documentation.
  • Maintain quality records, review evidence, test documentation, defect logs, corrective-action records, metrics, and audit trails.
  • Support internal assessments, Government reviews, audits, inspections, and quality-surveillance activities.
  • Promote consistent application of approved standards, procedures, and quality practices across ENLIST workstreams.
  • Identify opportunities to automate quality checks, performance reporting, and approval workflows.
  • Protect sensitive Government, program, personnel, testing, and performance information.
