Inside Sales SDR

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible to digitally (phone, email and social media) connect with new and existing customers to educate them about PTC’s offerings and identify new business opportunities that will ultimately generate revenue.

• Prospect and develop new accounts while engaging with existing accounts
• Qualify Inbound leads 
• Prospect into white-space accounts to add new logos
• Make outbound calls and set up meetings for ISS AE and Channel Sales
• Accurately record activities (calls, emails, demos, etc.) in Salesloft
• Assist in the execution of demos in your region
• Engage actively with prospects & customers via social networking sites such as LinkedIn and Twitter
• Measured on opportunities amount creation KPIs                                                                                                             

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Mechanical Engineering Related Major is a strong plus
• Good understanding of AI tools is a strong plus
• 2 years’ working experience preferred while fresh graduate is also accepted.
• Tele-sales or Inside-sales experience preferred while cold calling is a plus
• Prior experience calling into Industry based accounts preferred
• Prior experience calling into CAD and PLM product segment preferred
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Competitive drive and strong desire for success
