Sales Negotiator – Nottingham (NG8 3BL) – Burdens

As a Sales Negotiator based in Nottingham you’ll be responsible for:
- Generation of sales of our products to new customers
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned account support
- Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with buyers
- Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales
- Managing a ledger of customers, building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Working closely with key suppliers growing relationships and assisting in purchasing strategy
- Managing customer queries via phone, email and behind the trading counter
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 07.30am - 4.30pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Previous merchant or industry experience is desirable
- Business Development knowledge is advantageous
- To be comfortable managing a customer ledger and maintaining accurate account records
- Confidence making outbound calls to customers and delivering excellent customer service
