Description
As a Data Analytics Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience working with data, developing reporting solutions, and exploring how analytics and product insights drive business decisions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to develop their skills in data and product-focused work.
Compensation Minimum: $25.00
Compensation Maximum: $39.00
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of our business, corporate culture and structure to support your work.
- Contribute creative ideas and strategic approaches in response to changing situations.
- Partner with Product and IT teams to build data visualizations, support data engineering initiatives, and explore innovative AI-driven solutions to enhance reporting and operational efficiency.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, support business decisions, and provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must have achieved 24 semester hours of academic credit before beginning the first work term.
- Must be in student status at an accredited 4-year college or university during the internship, graduating August 2027, December 2027, or May 2028.
- Must be pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD.
- Major/program must align with internship role.
Travel Requirements
• Up to 10%.
Physical Requirements
• Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
Additional Information
- To ensure a strong start, all employees participate in our New Employee Orientation during their first week. This experience is held in person at our Madison, WI Headquarters or one of our AmFam core locations to help you connect with our mission, meet key team members and build relationships that support your growth. At times, sessions may be delivered virtually based on scheduling and availability.
