Join Cochlear's EMEA People & Culture team and support an exciting project to modernize how HR information is managed across the region.
You'll help migrate employee files and HR documents into a new SharePoint environment, ensuring information is well-organized, accessible, and secure.
This is a great opportunity to gain professional experience in a global healthcare technology company while developing valuable digital, administrative, and data management skills.
What You'll Do
- Transfer employee files and HR documents into SharePoint.
- Apply consistent file naming and document organization standards.
- Ensure documents are stored accurately within the correct folder structures.
- Track migration progress.
- Handle confidential employee information responsibly.
- Support process improvements and quality standards.
- Create supporting Governance Documentation.
What You'll Bring
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint.
- Ability to follow clear processes and work independently.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with administrative or data-management tasks.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or document management systems.
- Dutch or German language skills.
- Interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency.
