To support our endeavors, we are looking for a Quality & Claims Operator (m/f/d) to join our Finished Vehicle Logistics department in Eschborn, 65760. This is a dynamic, hands-on role centered around supporting the team and delivering great experiences — both behind the scenes and in direct interactions with transport partners.
According to your qualifications and experience, you may be hired at either a Specialist or Junior Specialist position.
Your profile
- Establish
and maintain quality standards, processes and procedures.
- Manage
and investigate damages and claims related to transport, handling, yard
operations and vehicle movements.
- Analyse
incidents, identify root causes and responsibilities, and define corrective
actions and countermeasures.
- Conduct
audits of trucks, drivers, compounds and logistics service providers.
- Monitor
quality and logistics KPIs, identify deviations and follow up on corrective
actions.
- Coordinate
with customers, carriers, LSPs and other business partners regarding quality
issues and claims.
- Identify
process gaps and implement improvements in logistics and quality processes.
- Prepare
and maintain quality documentation, reports, statistics and KPI analyses.
- Review and support contracts and requirements relating to quality and claims.
Your profile
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance or a comparable role.
- Proven experience in logistics, ideally within the automotive industry / Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL)
- Experience with audits, incident investigations, claims and root-cause analysis.
- Experience defining and following up on corrective actions and countermeasures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with confident stakeholder management.
- Structured, independent and detail-oriented working style.
