・お客様からの注文受付および受注処理
・納期確認や出荷手配などのオーダー管理
・お客様からの問い合わせ対応
・営業・物流・生産・経理部門との連携
・納期遵守に向けた進捗管理・課題解決
・受注データや売上データの管理・レポート作成
・SAPを使用した受注管理業務

・日常業務にとどまらず自分で改善業務をしていきたい方
・自分の裁量で仕事を進めたい方
・マルチタスクが得意な方
・さまざまな部門の人たちと、うまく調整しながら仕事をするのが得意な方

求める経験・スキル

◆必須スキル・経験

・短大または大卒以上
・英語ビジネスレベル
・カスタマーサービス、受発注、貿易事務、物流業務等の経験

◆歓迎スキル・経験

・サプライチェーンの経験
・SAP・ERPシステムの使用経験

◆求める人物像

・関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れるスキルをお持ちの方（口頭、電話、リスニング、書面によるコミュニケーションスキルを含む）
