We are seeking Campaign Delivery leads to work in the BMS Munich site. This person will own and track campaigns from briefing through to execution, ensuring a smooth and on time delivery. They lead the execution of the engagement plan – while partnering with Brands on the personalization strategy to ensure seamless translation into cross-channel orchestration and performance tracking.
This position will serve as a key integrating force for content creation within the “Personalization Squad” of Brand, Content & Omnichannel Capability Owners, Content Specialists, and Analytics & Insights representatives to drive end-to-end personalization execution.

This includes making sure that production and development teams have access to the right brief and documentation for successful content development
- Drive alignment between brand strategy, creative intent, and production execution while maintaining clear ownership, accountability, and governance discipline
- Maintains regular dialogue with brand leaders to understand priorities from a strategy perspective – and design the corresponding tactical plans for successful omnichannel campaigns
- Reports deviation from plans and process to CASA leadership through established process flows and communication channels
- Partners with Personalization Specialists to ensure the brand book of work accurately reflects the required volume of content and variations as per the Omnichannel Blueprint
Planning & Enablement

- Ensures that delivery and creative teams have access to critical documents and assets (Content Playbooks, Design Systems, Brand Guideline, the brief) to connect strategic intent to tactical delivery
- Ensures AORs and/or Mosaic creative teams have understood the brief and are confident in the successful delivery of campaigns
- Identifies and manages risk, partnering with cross functional colleagues to recommend solutions to minimize disruption
Book of Work Ownership and Program Management
- Understand a brand’s full book of work (AOR and Derivative) by attending key meetings and review relevant documents
- Ensures that the book of work is delivered on time and to expected quality standards using enterprise tools including Workfront
- Builds and manages the project plan for each creative asset and serves as the point of contact for stakeholders requiring information into status
- Manages the scope of briefs to ensure they’re compliant with the Mosaic Service Catalog (for derivative content) and that all assets are produced and provided to BMS production teams in the correct file sizes and formats
- Communicate the health of campaigns/book of work delivery with brands in regular meetings and offline communication
- Work cross functionally and with agencies to ensure prioritization of Mosaic requests
Financial Management & Content Governance
- Review monthly volume forecasts and assess versus actuals to help manage team capacity and budget
- Attend relevant governance meetings for content, representing the brand in those meetings to ensure their priorities are heard and planned for
