Conduct initial consultations with clients to determine their needs and goalsCreate and implement individualized coaching plans based on client's goals and objectivesProvide ongoing support and accountability to clients through coaching sessions and follow-up communicationUse various coaching techniques and tools to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their desired outcomesMonitor and track client progress, and make necessary adjustments to coaching plans as neededMaintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progressStay up-to-date with the latest coaching methodologies and techniquesCollaborate with other coaches and team members to support clients' overall well-being and successUphold the integrity and values of Lakepoint Wichita in all interactions with clients and colleaguesQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related fieldCertified Life Coach with a minimum of 3 years of coaching experienceExcellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skillsProven experience in goal setting, action planning, and follow-up supportUnderstanding of different coaching techniques and ability to apply them effectivelyStrong knowledge of personal growth and development principlesAbility to maintain confidentiality and build trust with clientsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPassionate about helping others reach their full potentialIf you are ready to make a positive impact on people's lives and be part of a dynamic and supportive team, we want to hear from you!
