Your role will be to provide support, guidance, and motivation to our clients, helping them to overcome obstacles and reach their goals. Responsibilities:- Conduct individual coaching sessions with clients to identify their needs and goals- Assist clients in creating personalized action plans to achieve their objectives- Provide ongoing support and accountability to clients- Help clients overcome limiting beliefs and develop a growth mindset- Utilize a variety of coaching techniques to help clients reach their full potential- Stay current on industry trends and provide advice to clients on how to succeed in the real estate market- Collaborate with other team members to create innovative coaching programs and strategies- Attend networking events and conferences to promote our coaching services and expand our client base Requirements:- Certification in coaching or a related field- Minimum of 3 years experience in coaching or personal development- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and market trends- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to take action and achieve their goals- Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareSalary: $98,000-$113,000 per year. Working at Brookside Real Estate:At Brookside Real Estate, we believe that our employees are our greatest asset and we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment.
