As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our website. If you have a passion for social media marketing and a proven track record of building and managing social media campaigns, we invite you to join us in shaping the future of fleet management. Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including images, videos, and written content.Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives.Use social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and analyze social media data.Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, including algorithm changes and new features on social media platforms.Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer marketing on social media.Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance to stakeholders.Monitor competitor activity on social media and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of managing social media accounts and campaigns.Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for each platform.Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze social media data and derive actionable insights.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Apply if you're passionate about creating an impact through social media.
