The Project Coordinator will support a large, multi-schedule program by managing key administrative, scheduling, and knowledge management activities. This role works closely with the Project Lead and internal/external stakeholders to track deliverables, coordinate meetings, and maintain project documentation.
Responsibilities:
• Track and maintain project-level task trackers, deliverables, and communications
• Coordinate meetings and visits involving external partners, senior leadership, sponsors, and other stakeholders as directed by the Project Lead
• Capture and organize detailed meeting notes to support schedule management and cross-team analysis
• Assist the Project Lead with knowledge management duties, including project scheduling
• Demonstrate initiative and curiosity in learning project programs and operational workflows
Required Qualifications:
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Planner, Power BI, and SharePoint
• Experience with project scheduling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels
• Ability to clearly relay issues, updates, and progress between teams and leadership
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
• Active Secret clearance
• Familiarity with NIWC Atlantic IPT processes or similar DoD program environments
• Experience supporting task management, knowledge management, or operations coordination functions
• Experience coordinating meetings and supporting program scheduling
