What You’ll Do:

As a member of the MYHR Service Center, you will be the face of Human Resources to our employees providing exceptional customer service while solving sometimes complex issues. Working in the Corporate HR department, this position provides comprehensive HR and team member level support via both phone and email to all Wintrust employees across our different companies.

• Provide HR related customer service support, responding to questions and researching issues for Wintrust team members. 
• These employee HR transactions include but are not limited to leave-of-absence management, benefits, compensation, payroll corrections, time off, onboarding new employees into relevant systems and assisting with annual benefits open enrollment.
• Provide support to HR team members for various HR requests. 
• Assist with legal/audit requests

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of HR-related customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft office suite.
• Workday system knowledge preferred.
• Salesforce experience a plus.

Compensation:

The estimated hourly range for this role is $ 20.20 - $26.44 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
