Meaningful Work From Day One
This role is to provide support and analytical insight to the local business team in the organization, working very closely with Marketing and Commercial functions. As a finance business partner, the incumbent will interact with the Sales, Trade/Customer Marketing, and Marketing teams as well as other departments to actively drive business decisions. This person will work directly for the Senior Finance Manager.
What You Can Expect
● Analytical lead for commercial units by preparing meaningful and actionable reporting, including budget reporting, variance analysis, and depletions reporting.
● Be the first point of contact for marketing - Brand Expense Budget controlling.
● Support regional brand leadership with analysis of brand performance, effectiveness, A&P spend and analytics to support annual strategy.
● Lead planning cycle for commercial/brand teams including management in systems with a focus on Brand Expense, COGs, and SG&A.
● Responsibility for integrity of data, variance analysis and management of reports with a focus on Brand Expense, COGs, and SG&A.
● Coordinate in cooperation w/other team members and departments Month-End-Closing process.
● Develop and maintain local management reporting and forecasting tools.
● Support preparation of presentations relating to Actuals, budget, and forecasts.
● Ad-hoc analysis, special projects and support in all other areas of the Finance Team.
● Represent the finance department in special, cross-functional projects
● Support the Senior Finance Manager in daily Finance department activities on a daily basis.
What You Bring to the Table
● Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance & Accounting or Economics (preferably).
● Fluency in the English language in everyday work.
● Strong financial and analytical abilities.
What Makes You Unique
● Experience in the wine and spirits industries or FMCG.
