What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Business Development Executives
- Setting clear expectations around KPIs, customer briefs, campaigns, and priorities, ensuring everyone understands how they contribute to the wider Unilever objectives

- The ability to turn customer objectives and strategy into practical actions for your team
- Confidence managing performance and having constructive conversations when needed
- Good organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A full UK driving licence
You'll be joining a large-scale Unilever field sales operation where your leadership has a direct impact on the performance and development of your team. You'll have the opportunity to build your leadership capability, work closely with colleagues across the wider account and contribute ideas and insight that shape how we deliver for our customer.
