Job Description:
Job Summary:
- Coordinate new product development for target applications within Product Engineering and Product Marketing.
- Provide technical support to Customers & Sales Channels Partners throughout territory.
- Manage Joint Development Programs with Customers.
- Implements and manages the development of business plans, assesses market share analysis, and clear product positioning to drive revenue and market share.
- Establish pricing strategies and develop marketing tools for successful product introductions.
- Manage communication between customers and Field Sales to headquarters and engineering teams on new product ideas or market information.
- New product specification contributions, and customer application support in the field
Qualifications:
- BSEE/MSEE with 10+ years of experience in the power management and analog systems experience
- Oral/written proficiency in English
- Experience with leading a team/mentorship
