Expand lines of service as defined by management by developing and retaining referrals from physicians and other key non-physician referral sources

Business Development Representative – Outpatient Programs

What You’ll Do
Drive growth by building and managing referral relationships with a focus on outpatient programs.
- Develop strong partnerships with physicians, discharge planners, social workers, and case managers
- Grow and maintain outpatient referral sources
- Manage leads and support a smooth admissions process
- Educate referral partners, patients, and families on outpatient services and programs
- Identify new opportunities for community partnerships and growth
- Plan and host events, trainings, and networking outreach
- Track activity and performance using Salesforce/CRM tools
- Represent the organization in the community and at professional events
- Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure appropriate care placement
What You Bring
- 2+ years in sales, marketing, or business development (healthcare preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Organized, goal-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related health or social services field preferred.
- Two or more years’ experience in sales and/or marketing required.
