ROLE: Specialist, Office Services & Facilities
The Office Services & Facilities Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of A+E's workplace environment by coordinating facilities services, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring employees have a safe, functional, and welcoming workplace experience. This role serves as a key liaison between employees, vendors, building management, and internal partners to proactively address workplace needs, resolve operational issues, and support workplace initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and productivity. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys balancing operational excellence with employee support.

They are organized, responsive, and comfortable balancing employee-facing responsibilities with operational coordination. They are equally comfortable coordinating a vendor repair, helping prepare a workspace for a new employee, supporting an office event, or identifying opportunities to improve workplace services and efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES: Specialist, Office Services & Facilities
- Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations, respond to employee requests, and ensure timely resolution of workplace and maintenance issues.
- Manage vendor relationships for cleaning, maintenance, office services, and building support functions; monitor service delivery and follow through on work orders.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections to identify facility, safety, and employee experience improvements; coordinate corrective actions as needed.
- Support office moves, workstation setups, furniture installations, space reconfigurations, and workplace improvement projects.
- Partner with Security, IT, HR, and Building Services to support workplace operations, employee events, and office initiatives.
- Maintain facilities documentation, inventory records, preventative maintenance schedules, and operational reporting.
- Recommend improvements that enhance workplace functionality, service levels, and overall employee experience.
REQUIREMENTS: Specialist, Office Services & Facilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree or coursework in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, Property Management, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in facilities operations, workplace services, office management, property management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating vendors, service providers, or building operations.
- Experience supporting office moves, workplace projects, or employee-facing services preferred.
- Working knowledge of commercial office environments and building operations.
- Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance systems.
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering a positive employee experience.
- Excellent organizational, project coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities/work order management systems.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
Compensation
Hourly Pay Range: $36.63 - $41.21Annual Incentive Target: 5%
The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the
minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will
be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills,
competencies, location, and experience. A+E offers a competitive total compensation
