- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to prevent potential issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of backup and recovery techniques for database systems.
- Ability to manage database security and user access controls effectively.
- Familiarity with database patching and upgrade processes.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex database issues.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
