Inviting applications for the role of Tech Lead - Application Support S 4C

Help our customers with issues and questions related to our product.

Responsibilities

● Be part of a large corporate in a global environment

● Work Mon-Fri (2 choice days a week from home)

● Take on-call shifts during nights and weekends

● Own highly technical escalations

● Perform detailed root cause analysis

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

● BA in computer science or equivalent

● Experience in Tier3 support or professional services

● English – excellent writing and conversational skills

● Experience with PowerShell and DevOps tools

● SQL scripting and DB maintenance

● Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript,Node JS, React

● Experience in programming, ASP.net would be an advantage

● Experience in system log analysis

● Experience with Windows servers and IIS

● Experience with cloud services

● Relevant years of experience in similar jobs

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

● Experience with Azure

● Experience with Azure Dev ops

● Experience with Azure Kubernetes and docker

● Experience with Grafana

● Experience with Web services and Oauth authentication

● Experience with Azure Open AI
