Responsibilities
Hybrid and Multi-Cloud network Management
• Design, deploy and manage network infrastructure across on-premises datacenters, hybrid sites, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCp, and Azure).
• Establish and maintain secure, reliable connectivity between on-premises and cloud
environments (site-to-site VPNs, Direct Connect, Cloud Interconnect).
• Ensure consistent network architecture, standards, and secure posture across all environments.
Network Infrastructure & Security
• Manage day-to-day network infrastructure, including managed and unmanaged switches.
• Configure and maintain VLANs to support effective network segmentation.
• Implement, administer, review, and update firewall rules and security policies to protect the network from unauthorized access and threats.
• Configure routers and switches, including VLAN segregation and access control lists (ACLs).
VPN & Remote Connectivity
• Design, configure, and maintain site-to-site VPN connections.
• Administer SSL and IPSec VPN solutions for secure remote access to corporate resources.
• Troubleshoot VPN authentication, encryption, tunnel-establishment, and connectivity issues.
• Apply appropriate security policies and access controls for VPN users.
Operations, Monitoring & Support
• Monitor network performance, security, and availability; identify and resolve connectivity or
performance issues.
• Provide user support and communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Communicate network status, incidents, and project updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely
manner.
• Maintain an accurate inventory and tracking process for network assets.
Change Management & Documentation
• Process and document network change requests and follow established approval workflows.
• Create and maintain network diagrams, device configurations, inventories, operating procedures, and support documentation.
• Produce regular reports on network performance, security, and availability for management
review.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise network environments,including switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, monitoring platforms, and network troubleshooting.
• Certification: Relevant networking certification such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or a higher-level equivalent.
• English: Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with users and stakeholders.
Core Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, switching, routing, VLANs, ACLs, firewalls, SSL VPNs, and IPSec VPNs.
• Practical experience with cloud networking across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Solid understanding of DNS architecture, administration, and troubleshooting
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills for network and connectivity issues.
• Solid understanding of network security principles and firewall-management best practices.
• Ability to create accurate technical documentation, diagrams, inventories, procedures, and management reports.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical matters to non-technical users.
• Independent, proactive, organized, and accountable approach to assigned work.

The successful candidate will maintain a stable and secure network environment, resolve issues
efficiently, keep configurations and assets accurately documented, and provide stakeholders with reliable
visibility into network health and planned changes.
