As a member of our Human Resources team, the HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing our HR technology ecosystem, with a strong focus on Workday. This position partners closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to deliver scalable solutions, maintain data integrity, improve processes, and provide workforce insights that support business decisions.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, HR Technology & Optimization, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys leveraging technology, data, and process improvement to enhance the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
