What you will be doing at Arrow

Campaign Execution & Lead Follow-up

• Act as the primary sales contact for campaign-generated leads.

• Follow up webinar attendees, event participants, digital campaign respondents, and partner-driven leads.

• Ensure timely and consistent follow-up across all territories.

• Maintain close alignment with the Marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness.

Pipeline Creation & Qualification

• Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.

• Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to support regional sales priorities.

• Generate discovery meetings for country Account Managers.

• Support account mapping and target account identification.

Country Sales Support

• Work directly with Account Managers in UK, DACH, South, France and other territories.

• Support execution of regional sales plays and partner initiatives.

• Help convert marketing activity into qualified pipeline opportunities.

• Provide visibility of lead status and campaign performance.

CRM & Reporting

• Maintain accurate lead tracking and Salesforce discipline.

• Monitor conversion rates and campaign outcomes.

• Provide regular reporting on pipeline created and influenced

What we are looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in:

  • Business Development

  • Enterprise Inside Sales

  • Lead Generation

  • Enterprise Software Sales

  • Channel Sales

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to engage customers, partners, and internal sales teams.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional European language skills (Spanish, Italian, French or German) are highly desirable.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-up discipline and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working across multiple countries, cultures, and virtual teams.

• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage leads, pipeline, and customer interactions.
