About the Opportunity
An ultra-luxury mountain resort open year-round is looking for a Manager, Learning & Development. This person leads training, leadership development and service excellence across the property. They work closely with the General Manager, the Executive Committee and HR to build skills, engagement and a strong service culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all learning and development for the resort, including annual training plans, training needs analysis and program delivery
• Design and run programs on leadership, brand standards and service culture
• Work with department heads on skill gaps, succession planning and talent development
• Build and coach a network of department trainers
• Run service audits and property walkthroughs, and coach teams on standards
• Measure training results using guest satisfaction, engagement and operating results
• Manage the L&D budget and report on return on investment
• Contribute to Executive Committee discussions on service quality and engagement

Requirements

• 4+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development or a related field
• Management experience in luxury hospitality (required)
• Proven track record designing and running leadership and change programs
• Able to use guest and colleague data to improve results
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working outdoors at high altitude in all weather
