SALARY: $80,000 annually + signing bonus

If this sounds exciting to you, we encourage you to apply to our full-time People (HR) position. In this position, you will gain hands-on experience in an entry-level People role, supporting leaders and teams across Supply Chain, Commercial, or Corporate functions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Partnership: Partner with People leaders and business stakeholders to understand priorities, support day-to-day people needs, and help execute practical solutions that strengthen team performance.
Talent & Employee Experience: Support core People initiatives, including recruiting, onboarding, talent development, and engagement.
Data & Insights: Analyze workforce, talent, organizational, and operational data to identify trends, develop insights, and inform recommendations for People and business leaders.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to projects, reports, presentations, and process improvements that help simplify ways of working and strengthen People team impact across the organization.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree required; current university students or recent graduates with a GPA of 3.0 or greater preferred.
Geographical and functional mobility required; open to future relocation and gaining experience across different People functions and U.S. locations.
Background or interest in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisition, or related fields preferred but not required.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to deliver results above expectations in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Able to operate with a high degree of autonomy, manage multiple priorities, and stay agile through ambiguity, setbacks, and change.
Demonstrates leadership capability through previous work experience, internships, campus involvement, or extracurricular activities.
Uses data, insights, and curiosity to solve problems, challenge the status quo, and identify opportunities to improve how work gets done.
Builds strong relationships, listens actively, seeks diverse perspectives, and can influence stakeholders across levels of the organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
