strong execution discipline, structured project management, and
cross-functional leadership. Partner with Chip Lead, Analog Designers, IP owners, RTL, PD, DFT, firmware, Testing, validation, and Product Engineering to drive convergence, resolve dependencies, and maintain schedule integrity. Understand system-level architecture, Chip integration challenges, milestones (e.g., architecture, Analog & Digital design, physical design readiness, validation readiness, Pre silicon Verification, and tape out) and the full lifecycle of complex Power IC program, with the ability to drive alignment across geographically distributed teams. Ensure execution is on time, within cost, meet Infineon Quality Standards and manage scope changes. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Must
have experience in SoC/ASIC product cycles and understanding of architecture,
integration, validation, and silicon bring-up phases. Strong
familiarity with SoC / IP execution flows: Architecture
to tape out and Fab to Production Release IP
integration and dependency management Pre-silicon
and post-silicon execution flows System-level
bring-up and platform readiness Detail-oriented,
self-driven with a strong sense of pride and ownership. Proficiency
in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Excel, MS Project, AI tools). Strong
organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation, written and
verbal communication skills. Ability
to build relationships and work effectively as a self-starter and as part of a
team. Prior
experience driving large multi-site or multi-vendor engagements is desirable. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills to handle all levels of interaction,
including executive level. Horizontal
leadership/Matrix management experience. Qualification : Engineering
degree in Electronics, master’s degree is preferred Total
10-15 Years of Semiconductor Industry experience 5+
