Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, your day involves acting as a software detective, diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. You will engage in dynamic problem identification and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of critical applications. This role requires attentiveness to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining system stability and performance, contributing to the overall efficiency of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Document findings and solutions to enhance team knowledge and future troubleshooting efforts.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying potential areas of improvement.
- Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on common issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI, AI & Data Solution Architecture.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing software issues.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques to analyze application behavior.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Good communication skills to clearly convey technical information.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
