You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage project risks and dependencies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while helping enhance the efficiency, governance, and successful execution of strategic business and operational projects.
About the Team

- Develop and maintain project charters, plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers, while monitoring financial performance and resource allocation to ensure effective cost control and successful project delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle, while proactively identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear task ownership and accountability, while monitoring project performance, tracking progress against KPIs, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and cross-functional alignment across engineering, finance, and operations teams, while proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies to support successful project delivery.
- Manage project changes and governance processes, ensuring proper evaluation, approval, and documentation, while maintaining PMO records, SharePoint documentation, and portfolio reporting through dashboards, scorecards, and regular status reports.
Qualifications
Required:

- Experience supporting or managing project budgets, with strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends
- Proven ability to coordinate and engage cross-functional teams across diverse regions, with confident, customer-focused stakeholder communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain data quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project; experienced with Jira; familiarity with EPIC Supply Chain System is a plus
