Bartender/Bar Server

Bartenders are the engine of the Front of House; they carefully mix up cocktails and pour drinks for all of our Guests.  They are responsible for ensuring that our most important people, our Guests, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start fo finish. They are masters at situational serving, tailoring their style to meet the needs of our Guests, and great at building relationships.  They ensure our Guests have everything the need from cocktails to appetizers to desserts.  They are responsible for the accuracy of the entire order as well as maintaining a positive and Guest focused attitude through the entire experience.  They believe in championing a fun and safe work environmnet, and contribute to a positive and thriving workplace culture.

Responsibilities

What does a successful Bartender/Bar Server look like?

• Maintains composure and thrives in a high pressure and fast pace environment
• Builds relationships with regulars at/within the bar by getting to know their names and chatting about sports and other guests' interests
• Knows how to mix up all drinks to Boston Pizza standards
• Committed to championing the "Foundations of Hospitality," Boston Pizza's Brand Standards and Food Safety
• Effectively communicates with the Front of House team to keep drink service moving quickly
• They practice the responsible selling and service of alcohol at all times, handle payments and anticipate the Guest expectations by offering on-going and upcoming promotions and utilzing bar and food knowledge.
