Key Responsibilities
CEO Office and Leadership Team Support
• Support the Hong Kong CEO in preparing for Leadership Team meetings, business reviews, regional updates, investment discussions, market visits and senior stakeholder engagements.
• Develop concise briefing notes, executive summaries, discussion papers, action trackers and decision logs.
• Help structure agendas, capture key decisions, follow up on actions, and ensure leadership discussions translate into execution.
• Maintain visibility of Hong Kong’s key strategic priorities, open issues, dependencies, risks and required decisions.
• Act as a trusted coordination point between the CEO, Leadership Team members and selected regional / international stakeholders.
Strategy and Transformation
• Support the development, refinement and communication of Cigna Healthcare Hong Kong’s strategic roadmap.
• Help translate long-term priorities into sequenced initiatives, milestones, governance routines and measurable outcomes.
• Support priority workstreams including GHB growth acceleration, LIH / Cigna Individual transformation, broker relationship recovery, proposition development, operating model review, location strategy and AI-enabled productivity.
• Partner with functional leaders to clarify problem statements, develop options, assess trade-offs and prepare recommendation materials for leadership decision-making.
• Support investment proposals, business cases and transformation updates, ensuring the narrative is clear, data-backed and aligned to Hong Kong’s strategic priorities.
Cross-functional Execution and PMO
• Provide PMO support for high-priority cross-functional initiatives, ensuring clear scope, owners, milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies and decision points.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, stakeholder maps and weekly / bi-weekly status updates where required.
• Coordinate across functions to unblock delivery issues, escalate risks appropriately and keep initiatives moving at pace.
• Ensure project governance is practical, visible and outcome-focused, avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy while maintaining execution discipline.
• Support the CEO and LT in tracking whether initiatives are delivering against the agreed intent, timeline and expected business impact.
Commercial and Business Performance Support
• Support analysis and executive communication relating to GHB growth, broker engagement, pipeline, sales coverage, renewal actions, and market-facing initiatives.
• Support LIH transformation work, including DTC, broker channel, telemarketing, lead quality, conversion, proposition, marketing and commercial operations topics.
• Help synthesize performance data, market insights, competitor observations and stakeholder feedback into clear implications and recommended actions.
• Support preparation for broker QBRs, business reviews, market updates and internal strategy discussions where CEO / LT input is required.
• Partner with Finance and business owners to ensure commercial narratives are linked to ANP, revenue, BFIT, OPEX, investment and execution implications where relevant.
Executive Communication and PowerPoint Storytelling
• Produce high-quality PowerPoint decks for CEO, LT, APAC, IH and other senior stakeholder audiences.
• Convert complex topics into clear, structured, visually sharp and action-oriented materials.
• Draft executive summaries, key messages, talking points and briefing notes in a concise Cigna-appropriate tone.
• Ensure materials are accurate, consistent, well-structured, visually professional and ready for senior leadership discussion.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Cigna Hong Kong messaging, including global reach, local expertise, end-to-end health solutions, market leadership, advanced data / AI capabilities and customer focus.
AI-enabled Productivity and Insight Generation
• Use AI tools effectively and responsibly to accelerate research, synthesis, meeting preparation, document drafting, analysis, ideation and deck creation.
• Apply strong judgment to validate AI outputs, avoid unsupported claims and ensure all materials meet Cigna standards for accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Identify practical opportunities to improve CEO Office and LT workflows through AI-enabled productivity, automation and better knowledge management.
• Support the broader Hong Kong leadership agenda on AI adoption by helping translate AI ideas into practical use cases, governance-aware recommendations and clear implementation actions.
Stakeholder Management
• Build strong working relationships across Hong Kong functions and selected regional / global partners.
• Operate effectively in a matrix environment, balancing local priorities with regional and enterprise expectations.
• Influence without authority by being clear, prepared, fact-based, practical and action oriented.
• Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders while maintaining discretion, confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Help create alignment where priorities, ownership or decision rights are unclear.
Requirements
• 100% fluency in English and Cantonese, including written and spoken business communication.
• Strong PowerPoint capability, with the ability to produce polished, executive-level decks with limited rework.
• Strong project management skills, including work planning, stakeholder coordination, action tracking, RAID management and follow-through across functions.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; able to break down ambiguous problems and turn them into clear options, recommendations and next steps.
• Strong use of AI tools for productivity, synthesis, analysis and communication, combined with excellent judgment and fact-checking discipline.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to draft concise executive summaries, talking points, updates and decision papers.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations, Clinical, Legal, Compliance, HR and Technology.
• Commercial awareness and ability to understand growth, profitability, customer, broker, operational and regulatory considerations.
• High level of discretion and professionalism, given direct exposure to CEO / LT priorities and sensitive business topics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Preferred Experience
• Experience in strategy, business planning, transformation, management consulting, CEO office, chief-of-staff support, PMO, business management or commercial operations.
• Experience in insurance, healthcare, financial services, employee benefits, broker distribution or Hong Kong consumer / corporate health insurance.
• Experience preparing senior leadership decks, board / EXCO materials, QBRs, investment proposals or transformation updates.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong business culture, broker / intermediary dynamics, customer experience, digital marketing, AI-enabled workflows, and operating model transformation.
• Mandarin capability would be an advantage, but English and Cantonese fluency are mandatory
