As an Intern - Associate Vendor Support Specialist with French you will be supporting the process of supplier invoice processing.
What You Will Do:
- Maintaining a good working relationship with our key suppliers.
- Managing account statements.
- Confirming bank details with vendors as per our procedures.
- Driving vendor-related queries.
What We Expect:
- Active student status with at least six months before thesis defense.
- Eligibility to work in Poland.
- Availability of around 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a hybrid setup.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of VBA, Power BI, or SAP is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work in an international environment.
