What You Will Do: Retensa internships are a way we collaborate with future leaders; giving you the opportunity to grow and enhance your career. At Retensa, you will be at the forefront of Management Consulting, Cloud-Based Technology, Predictive Analytics, and Organizational Development Initiatives. Your efforts will help up to 1 billion employees in 1 million companies worldwide. You will gain real world experience leveraging your knowledge as part of our Talent Management Team, engaging in strategic cross-functional activities such as Organizational Assessments, HR Metric Analytics, HR Trend Analysis, and/or HRIS Management. Our structured program offers client-facing projects to strengthen your leadership and team-building skills. This is a stipend internship for approximately 14 weeks. High-performing individuals have received a job offer for a paid position post-completion of their internship.

Qualifications: This is a challenging internship for highly motivated master’s candidates in a related field (Data Science/Data Analytics and Visualization/Computer Science). The ideal candidate will be hard-working, enthusiastic, and resourceful; with good time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must maintain a 3.0+ GPA and be self-directive, team-oriented, with projects proven to illustrate attention to detail.

Applicants must have one direct experience in HR/OD, or IO/Psychology, or data analytics role; hold a 3.0+ GPA and be proficient in any 3 of the following skills.

• Advanced Excel (Data Cleaning, Structure, etc.)
• 1 Year Experience in Applied Statistics (R, SPSS, SAAS, or similar)
• 1 Year Experience in Data Analytics (Python, SQL)
• 1 Year Experience in Machine Learning (Predictive Modeling, Natural Language Processing)
• 1 Year Experience in Data Visualization

 

Time/Compensation: 24-32 Hours per week, 3-4 Days per week (part-time). A stipend of $500-$1000 will be provided upon completion of the internship. 
Location: Remote, EST +/- 3 hours
