Oversees the planning, development, and evaluation of programs and interpretation of reservoir engineering data related to resource management to ensure resource sustainability.
Supervises site reservoir engineering activities and data interpretation, coordinates with concerned groups and stakeholders, leads resource assessments and resource management interventions, and ensures sound recommendations towards optimum steam availability.
Validates the correctness and suitability of reservoir management strategies pertaining to reservoir engineering in order to address resource sustainability issues and to optimize the capacity of the geothermal resource.
Ensures effective performance by establishing or enforcing policies and procedures, providing technical guidance to staff, and fostering an efficient and performance-oriented group.
