As part of our 18-month Graduate Programme, you will join the European Commercial Excellence & Business Improvement team and play an active role in improving customer retention, commercial performance, sales effectiveness, and business processes across Europe.

During the 18-month programme, you will work on focused assignments designed to prepare you for the future European Commercial Excellence Specialist role. As the programme progresses, you will take on increasing responsibility for European initiatives while developing your commercial, analytical, process improvement, digital, and stakeholder management skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Analyse commercial and customer performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support customer retention initiatives and translate insights into business actions.
• Contribute to sales effectiveness and commercial improvement projects across Europe.
• Help optimise commercial processes by reducing complexity and improving efficiency.
• Support the development and implementation of new commercial initiatives and service offerings.
• Collaborate with colleagues across functions, countries, and cultures.
• Prepare analyses, recommendations, and presentations for business stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or early-career professional.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Interest in commercial performance, customer insights, business improvement, and digital solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical tools.
• Interest in process improvement, automation, digital transformation, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Internship or project experience in business analysis, customer insights, or commercial improvement.
• Knowledge of an additional European language.
