Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management, Real Estate Management, or related field

Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in comparable roles (including developmental roles) along with a consistent track record of success and achievements in prior developmental roles. 

About the Role

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a large and complex portfolio. This client-facing leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, workplace safety, asset performance, budget management, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end facilities operations, maintenance, and workplace services.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage building systems including MEP, BMS, and related infrastructure.
• Lead and develop high-performing facilities teams and service partners.
• Drive health, safety, risk management, and emergency response initiatives.
• Manage budgets, OPEX/CAPEX planning, vendor contracts, and procurement processes.
• Prepare and present operational, financial, and performance reports.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Champion continuous improvement and service excellence initiatives.

 

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of facilities management experience in complex commercial environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of large-scale building operations and systems.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, compliance, and operational performance.
